Listed below are the committees suggested.  If the community determines additional needs, those committees can be created.

 

 

Pool Committee –  Responsible for working with the management company to prepare the pool for opening and closing for the pool season, providing oversight of the inspection, and reporting the condition of the pool, restrooms, fountain and adjacent social area to the management company.  Provides recommendations for improvements along with cost benefits.  

 

Landscape Committee – Observes, inspects, and reports the condition of all green space and landscaped areas within the community to the board, solicits information and bids from appropriate maintenance providers with the assistance of the management company and makes recommendations for improvements along with cost benefit

 

Architectural Control Committee - Assists the board in regulating and approving external design, and/ or modifications requests from homeowners to ensure they are following the association's governing documents, providing clarity when needed to said documents and providing the board with information to inform homeowners of what is required of them. 

 

Street and Parking Committee – Observes, inspects, and reports the condition of all streets, alleys, driveways, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, and parking areas within the community to the board and works with management company to ensure needed repairs are completed. 

 

Welcome and Social Activities Committee – Plans, organizes, and executes social programs and activities for all interests and ages according to the needs of the community. Works with the management company to prepare a community calendar, promotes community events and welcomes new residents. And ensures they receive a welcome package.

 

Buildings Maintenance Committee – Observes, inspects, and reports the condition of all buildings, including outside lighting within the community to the Board, works with the management company to ensure measures are taken to correct any outstanding issues. 

 

Budget and Finance Committee – Works with the Treasurer to develop the preliminary budget and makes recommendations to the board.
